Arcticlavvo.no takes privacy seriously and we will process your personal information in accordance with the laws and regulations that apply to the processing of personal information and your rights.

Processing of personal data
Personal data collected and processed by Arctic Lavvo AS is contact information such as name, address, email address and telephone number. In addition, we process information related to you and your activities on Fjellsport.no, such as purchases you make, contact you have with us via email/telephone and any returns (complaints, exchanges and the like).
We process your personal data mainly to send you products you have ordered. In addition, we process personal data when you contact us for advice, follow-up and questions. We will then process the information you provide to us, but we only store the information we need to help you further. This means that any information that is not relevant to the purpose to be fulfilled will not be stored or processed in any way.
When you place an order, you establish a customer profile with us. We then process the information you provide, such as contact information and purchase history, which is necessary to process your order and deliver the goods to you.
In the event of a complaint about goods, repair or replacement, your contact information will be processed in order to register the complaint and carry out the repair or replacement.
The above-mentioned personal data is processed on the basis of GDPR Article 6 (1) b), i.e. in order for us to be able to fulfill a contract with the data subject (with you as a customer).
We also process information relating to you to fulfill our legal obligations, pursuant to GDPR Article 6 (1) c) which we are obliged to fulfill under accounting and purchasing legislation.
In order for us to further develop Arcticlavvo.no and offer better solutions and services for you as a customer, statistics on traffic, purchases and behavior must be collected. This is also necessary to be able to implement measures to avoid fraud. Anonymized data will be used for this purpose as far as possible. The information mentioned here will be processed in accordance with GDPR Article 6 (1) f), i.e. we have a legitimate interest in processing the information.
Card numbers are not stored by Arctic Lavvo AS and all card transactions are made externally with authorized payment service providers. These will then be the data controllers and must be contacted for their processing of personal data.
Disclosure of personal data
Arctic Lavvo AS does not sell, exchange or forward personal information to third parties without your consent or is necessary for us to process your order and send the goods to you (legitimate interest).
Of those who receive personal data from us to process your orders, the main one is the Post Office, but there may be other transport providers depending on which product and where the product is to be transported. Only the recipient's name, address (possibly the delivery location if this differs from the address), email address and telephone number are disclosed in this connection. Retention and deletion of personal data
Personal information that we have received from you or in other ways will only be kept for as long as we need to keep the information. The information will then be securely deleted.
Retention of personal data related to order history is retained to fulfill our obligations to have accounting documentation (normally 5 years) and to ensure your rights for warranty and complaints on products you have purchased from us.
As long as you have an ongoing customer relationship with us, we will retain your contact information.
