If you buy a Venor Lavvo or Venor Gamme, we will repair any tears, holes, guy rope attachments, windows and zippers for free. Our lavvos and gammes are made to withstand harsh and rough weather, but wear and tear and damage can still occur. All our private customers can take advantage of free repairs and service for a full 3 years! Send the product to us and we will make sure that the product gets the service it needs.

We carry out large and small repairs on lavvoer and gammer (and possibly other sewing products). If you are unfortunate enough to get a tear in the cloth, it is generally no problem to repair it. We can replace windows, replace pipe penetrations, replace gildel locks, repair rods and much more. We repair cloths of all "ages", but it sometimes happens that the cloth is in too poor a condition for us to recommend repair. If there is a complaint/warranty matter, we will of course pay for shipping to and from us. It should be safe to shop with us.
